Sticky Baits Manilla Shelf Life Boilies

Manilla is built on nuts, refined milk proteins and birdfoods. Peanuts are a bait carp become addicted to, but they are high in fat, so normally you feed them sparingly – a partially defatted peanut protein is what lets this one go in heavily all year.

The instant attraction, and the name of the range, comes from a pure Madagascan vanilla extract. The shelf life version is as close to the freezer bait as it gets, with a natural preservative the only difference, so it needs no freezer at home and travels through Europe.

Which size?

• 12mm – the smallest bait here, for putting more baits over the same area.
• 16mm – the middle size, and the one the matching hookbaits are built around.
• 20mm – the largest we stock, for a bigger bait among everything else going in.

1kg or 5kg?

• 1kg – an overnighter, or a bag to try the bait before committing.
• 5kg – noticeably cheaper per kilo, so it is the one to take if you are prebaiting or fishing a week.
