Sticky Baits Manilla Active Freezer Boilies 16mm 5kg

Manilla Active takes the standard Manilla and puts it through the same coating process Sticky developed for Krill Active. The bait underneath is unchanged — milk and birdfood proteins, Madagascan vanilla extract, the defatted peanut protein the range is known for — but each boilie comes out wrapped in a rich paste layer.

That layer starts breaking down the moment it hits the water, pushing out a wave of soluble powders and liquids and, with them, free amino acids. Sticky's own view is blunt: the Active version has out-fished the standard bait every time they have run them side by side.

Fishing it

Add as little liquid as you can get away with; too much and the coating goes before you have cast. Fish it straight from the bag or from a sealed bucket, and never air dry it — the coating dries too quickly and falls off.
