Korda Spinner Rig Spinner Hook Barbed Ready Tied Carp Rig

The Spinner hook was drawn specifically for this rig. Its eye sits at 55 degrees, which follows the angle a kicker pushes the hooklink out at, so the hook hangs the way it is meant to with a buoyant bait on the hair.

The long curved shank earns its place too: mounted on the Spinner Swivel it opens the gape out, leaving more of the hook available to take hold.

The rest is made up ready – a 5.5in Boom hooklink, the Spinner Swivel already crimped on, and a crimped loop at the lead end for quick-change systems. Two rigs in every packet.

Which size?

• Size 4 – the larger hook. For bigger hookbaits, and for water where you would rather have more iron in a fish.
• Size 6 – the more subtle option and the everyday size, especially on pressured waters.
