Korda PTFE Coated Spinner Swivel Size 11

The spinner rig works because the hook is free to rotate and take hold as a carp tries to eject it. The freer it spins, the better. This swivel is PTFE coated for exactly that reason – the barrel turns against about as little friction as any solid material allows.

It also does away with the metal ring on the standard spinner swivel. Less metalware on the rig, less for a fish to see. The hook drops into the crook at the other end and a Kicker holds it there, so hooks change without retying. Korda make an XX version too, with a thicker wire gauge for size 1 and 2 hooks.
