Micromesh is the fine-weave PVA for the Original Funnel Web system. The systems ship with Hexmesh, which is right for boilie, larger pellet and chops; switch to Micromesh when the bag is going to hold crumb, groundbait, micro pellet or maggots.
A 5m spool is a sensible spare to carry alongside the standard mesh, so a change of bait does not mean a change of plan.
