Korda Flat Pear Inline Lead

An inline pear lead with flat sides, for fishing over a harder bottom at sensible range.

The weight sits towards the nose, which is where the self-hooking properties come from, and the flat profile keeps it low and unobtrusive on the lakebed. That low profile is also why it holds on a slope: cast tight to an island margin or the side of a bar and it stays where it lands instead of rolling down. It behaves the same way on flowing water.

A camouflage coating and a hard plastic insert mean it can be fished semi-fixed straight away.

Which weight?

• 2oz – the lighter of the two, for margin work and closer range where you want the least disturbance on the cast.
• 3oz – more casting weight and more resistance against a fish on the take.
