Korda Fake Food Pop-Up Boilie Cell

An imitation pop-up boilie made to sit alongside Mainline's Cell range, so you can match the hatch on a water where your hookbait keeps getting picked off by everything except carp. Crayfish are the usual culprit, and they will strip a real bait off the hair and leave you fishing a bare rig for the rest of the night.

The cavity in the base is recessed, so a Korda Hair Stop sits flush inside the bait rather than proud of it. That tidies the presentation and takes away the anchor point crayfish and birdlife get hold of. Colour is deliberately washed out, a muted pale brown rather than anything bright, and the Mainline Baits flavour is impregnated through the bait so it keeps its own smell instead of taking on whatever it is lying in.

Buoyancy is set to fish a Spinner Rig with no extra putty, which makes it a simple choice over weed or in and around silt.

Which size?

• 12mm – 12 baits per packet. Sits well on a size 6 hook.
