Guru Micro Cubes Refill

Micro Cubes are shot with the corners left on. Round shot pings off under pressure; a cube has flat faces and a deep central slot, so it grips the line and stays where you put it. If you have lost a dropper shot on the strike and wondered why the next bite never registered properly, this is the fix.

They are cast from lead, so they are compact for their weight, and the construction is soft enough to be genuinely line friendly — they will sit on heavy line as readily as fine, and slide along it without scoring it.

Supplied in the same flat, clip-lid tub as the Micro Shot, in an orange body rather than black so the two are easy to tell apart in a full tray.

Which size?

• No.8 – 0.06g – the heavier of the two, for cocking a float properly or getting a bait down.
• No.9 – 0.05g – one step finer, for tuning the last bit of a shotting pattern.
