Guru Diamond Pole Float

The Diamond is a short-line pole float for big baits – meat, corn and pellet – where the presentation needs to sit still. The diamond body balances stability against sensitivity and low resistance, and the 1.8mm hollow bristle carries a lump of meat without dragging under.

A 0.9mm fibreglass stem runs the whole way through the foam body and up into the bristle, which is what makes it so hard to break. The side eye is glued deep into the body by hand.

Which size?

• 0.4g – one of the middle sizes and the sensible starting point for shallow to middling depths at short range.
• 0.6g – more shot capacity for deeper water, a bit of tow, or a heavier bait than a single grain.
