Drennan Crystal Dibber Bandit Pole Rig 0.2g

A ready-tied shallow-water pole rig built on Drennan's Crystal Dibber float. Dibbers are made for carp in skinny water – up in the water, down the edge, or tight across to a far-bank island – and work in depths between about 20cm and 1.2m. The transparent body is much harder for a fish to pick out than a painted one.

Bandit is the banded version. The eyed Wide Gape Power hook carries a hair-rigged natural latex pellet band, which pulls around a hard pellet or dumbell with a Band Stretcher, or inside pellets, meat, corn and drilled boilies with a Band Puller.

It arrives accurately shotted with a neat bulk, on a toughened pole winder with the float, line and hook size printed on it. The 1.5m of line can be trimmed down: 30cm to 60cm above the float is a sensible starting point, nearer a metre if it is windy or the fish are wary of swimming under the pole tip.
