The quick-change version of the Hybrid Lead Clip. Any hooklink with a loop in the end clips straight on, so rigs get swapped rather than retied.
The QC swivel is moulded into the clip and cannot pull free of the housing, which is what lets the lead eject reliably when it picks up weed or finds a snag. It also handles leader materials like leadcore, where the knot is too bulky to work with a standard lead clip. There are no locking pegs or hinges – leader on one end, rig on the other – and the uprated arm is rated to cast leads up to 5oz at extreme range.
Which colour?
- Weed/Silt – dark olive, for weed and soft dark lakebeds.
- Gravel/Clay – mid brown, for gravel bars and clay.
