A quick-change adapter for wagglers and anything else fished bottom-end only. The float pushes into the silicone sleeve, so swapping to a heavier one takes seconds.
Because the float pivots on the swivel it folds over completely on the strike rather than fighting the line, and that swivelling action is what keeps the rig virtually tangle free.
