Solar has been producing specialist carp fishing tackle since 1987, with the brand particularly well known for its precision-engineered rod support and bankware.
The company grew from founder Martin Locke making stainless bankware for his own fishing, an engineering background that can still be seen in Solar's P1 range of rod pods, buzz bars, banksticks and accessories.
