Description
Description
A ridged griddle for steaks, burgers and sausages on the bank. The ridges hold food clear of the fat and the channels between them run it off to a pouring spout on the rim, so you can tip it away rather than cook in it.
3mm die-cast aluminium spreads the heat across a small stove burner instead of scorching one patch, and the two-layer marble coating releases cleanly. The handle folds back along the pan for packing.
