Thinking Anglers Sub-Fleck 45lb PTFE Leadfree Leader 10m

Sub-Fleck is a spliceable leader material woven from 100% PTFE fibres. It is very heavy for its diameter and sinks fast, yet it stays soft and supple in the hand and splices securely without a fight.

The Dark Camo flecked weave blends against almost any aquatic background, and it stays that way — the PTFE fibres are coloured themselves rather than over-dyed, and over-dyed material fades noticeably in use.

Used conventionally it does the job of leadcore. It also comes into its own as a long chod leader, for fishing chods or balanced baits up high over weed.
