Korda Distance Sticks

Distance sticks are a simple thing that causes a lot of grief when they are not right. These are machined by JAG from high-grade aluminium, which makes them both strong and light.

The ground end is a hard-ground auger point with 43 cutting teeth, and the supplied T-bar screws them into almost any surface so they sit vertical and do not lean inwards while you wrap. The translucent green tops carry a spirit level bubble to get them upright, plus a slot for a Mini Stow Lite isotope so the whole top glows at night – useful for wrapping in the dark, and for not tripping over them.

The shafts have grooves machined into them that stop more than one wrap of line lifting off at a time, which is where the bird's nests usually start.
