Korda Dial Scale

Reuben Heaton build these for Korda to a very high specification, which is the short answer to why anglers keep buying dial scales in a digital age. The body and lens are polycarbonate and are designed not to scratch easily, the internals are corrosion resistant, and the weighing hook and hanging point are stainless steel.

The dial turns once and once only across the full range, so there is no second lap to misread and no arguing about which revolution you are on. Zeroing is a knurled knob at the top, and the pointer needle is hi-viz for the fish that come at four in the morning.

Which model?

• 60lb / 2oz – 27kg capacity in 100g divisions. The one for UK and European fishing, where the finer division matters more than a headroom you will never use.
