Korda Kruiser Control Floater Line

A line built for one job: floater fishing. It is clear so it disappears in the surface film, and it is supple and limp enough that a controller and a hookbait can move naturally instead of being dragged around by a stiff main line.

There is real stretch in it as well, which matters more on the top than it does on the bottom – surface takes are savage and the line takes the shock out of them. Use it as a main line straight through, or as a hooklength off a heavier reel line.

Which breaking strain?

• 10lb (0.30mm) – the upper middle of the four strains Korda make it in, and the sensible default: enough backbone for a hooked fish on the top without going to the thickest diameter in the range.
