Guru F1 Carbon Stem Pole Float

A slim pole float for F1s and silverfish. The narrow body gives very little away when a fish takes, and the medium hollow bristle still shows a lift or a dink clearly.

The carbon stem is the point of this version. It settles slowly, so with strung-out shot the float follows the bait down and you can pick fish off on the drop instead of waiting for everything to reach the deck.

Which size?

• 0.15g – the lightest in the range. Shallow water, short lines and finicky bites, where the slow fall does the work.
• 0.3g – enough shot for more depth or a ripple, still slim enough to fish on the drop.
