Guru A-Class Distance Method Feeder Rod 12ft 2pc

The 12ft Distance Method is the casting rod in the A-Class feeder range, built to put a loaded method feeder past 100m without losing the playing action once a fish is on. That combination is the hard part on a distance rod, and it is what this one is designed around.

The blank is 24 ton tensile carbon with an overcap progressive power action, so it loads progressively through the middle under a heavy feeder instead of locking up. Stainless steel frame guides carry titanium oxide rings, and a downlocking DPS style reel seat with an EVA fore grip, an AA grade cork handle and Guru's own EVA rear grip set the balance behind the reel.

It comes with two carbon quiver tips, 1.5oz and 2oz, so the tip can be matched to the feeder weight and the pull of the water rather than fished on whatever happens to be in the rod.
