Drennan Acolyte Silverfish Micro Barbed Hooks to Nylon

The micro barbed version of the Acolyte Silverfish, hand tied to 30cm of Acolyte fluorocarbon. The barb is small enough not to wreck a maggot and just enough to hold a caster in place on the cast.

A fine-wire silverfish pattern with a needle point that keeps its edge, on a hooklength you can use straight off the card for float or feeder work.

Which size?

• 14 – 3lb (0.14mm). Double maggot and worm for better roach and skimmers.
• 16 – 2lb 8oz (0.12mm). The middle size, single or double maggot.
• 18 – 2lb (0.10mm). Single maggot, caster or pinkie when bites are shy.
