Guru SMWG Bait Band Ready Rigs 4"

Eight four-inch hooklengths tied onto a rig board, each finished with a micro bait band on the hair. They are the fast way into Method, Hybrid and pellet feeder fishing on a commercial – band a hard pellet or a wafter and cast.

The hook is the SMWG, PTFE coated so the point survives a busy session, and a short piece of 0.3mm micro silicone on the shank holds the hair where it should sit. Everything is tied on N-Gauge line.

Which size?

• Size 12 (0.22mm) – 9lb. The strongest of the three, for bigger hook baits and carp that pull back.
• Size 14 (0.19mm) – 7lb. The middle option, and the one that covers most commercial sessions.
• Size 16 (0.17mm) – 6lb. Finer, for smaller hook baits and days when bites are hard won.
