A 6mm drill for boring out hookbaits cleanly. Once the bait is drilled you can plug it with cork stick or foam, which is how you balance a bottom bait or give a pop-up a longer working life.
The handle is non-slip, so it stays under control when the bait is hard and the drill wants to skate off.
